Ingredients:
Ashwagandha 10:1 Extract 5% Withanolides, Schisandra Chinensis Powder, Crocus Sativus Extract 10:1, Inositol, Humulus Lupulus 7:1 Extract, Chamomile 12:1 Extract (Maltodextrin), Bulking Agents (Microcrystalline Cellulose), Vegetarian Capsule Shell (HydroxyPropylMethylCellulose), Anti-Caking Agents (Magnesium Stearate, Silicon Dioxide).
Directions:
For adults, take two (2) Capsules daily, preferably with a meal or as directed by your healthcare professional. Do not exceed recommended daily dose.
